• Minimum education – Bachelor’s degree (Economics / Finance / Business Administration is a plus)
• 3-4 years of experience in Order to Cash and/or Credit related areas
• Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills (Advanced MS Excel and technical skills is a plus)
• SAP experience is a plus
• Goal-orientated individual with strong time and task management
• Strategic thinking with a focus on process improvement
• Effective written and oral communication in English
• Strong understanding of various fulfillment processes (e.g. returns, adjustments, distribution etc.)
• Organized and methodical person with logical approach in addressing issues and strong analytical skills.

Náplň práce

• Oversee and support Order-to-Cash (OTC) activities across the Europe and META region.
• Monitor and control collection activities delivered through the Accounts Receivable operating model, including close cooperation with outsourced service partners and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare executive summaries, management reporting, month-end closing results, forecasts, account reviews and business performance updates.
• Drive process improvements and transformation initiatives, including the adoption of new technologies and artificial intelligence solutions that enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
• Ensure global Accounts Receivable Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are achieved while maintaining strong operational controls.
• Build effective relationships with internal and external partners, including finance, customer care, payment teams and business stakeholders across multiple countries.
• Support quarterly close activities, internal and external audits, compliance requirements and ad hoc reporting needs.

1 892 EUR/month

Salary offer (gross): 1 892 - 2 768 EUR/month The anticipated initial gross base salary range for this position is €22700–33220 per year. This range applies to the primary job location Slovakia and is determined using objective, non-discriminatory and gender-neutral criteria, including skills and relevant experience. Final compensation will be based on relevant experience, skills, and business considerations. Individuals may also be eligible for variable compensation (such as bonus or commission), depending on the role. The applicable variable pay model, eligibility, and target levels will be discussed during the recruitment process. In addition to base salary and any applicable variable compensation, statutory remuneration components required by local law are provided, as well as a comprehensive benefits package supporting employee well-being, development, and equal opportunities. For roles open across multiple countries, local base salary ranges may vary based on market conditions, internal frameworks, and legal requirements. The relevant local range will be transparently communicated during the initial discussions.
