• Have a strong grasp of digitalization, project management, and agile methodologies, applying them to drive successful delivery and meet key performance indicators.
• Excel in transition and transformation efforts, balancing long-term objectives with an expert focus on customer and market needs.
• Navigate organizational governance requirements effectively, ensuring alignment with standards and objectives.
• Be fluent in English at a C1 level, ensuring clear and concise communication in a global environment.
