This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in client onboarding, AML/KYC, Compliance, and operational excellence within the financial services industry. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring a seamless client experience while maintaining the highest regulatory and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end client onboarding process, ensuring timely completion in accordance with AML, KYC, CDD, and regulatory requirements.
• Review, verify and manage client documentation in line with internal policies and applicable legal frameworks.
• Act as the key liaison between Onboarding, AML/Compliance, Relationship Managers and other internal stakeholders to ensure an efficient onboarding experience.
• Conduct client due diligence (CDD) reviews and support risk assessments, escalating higher-risk cases where appropriate.
• Monitor onboarding workflows and service levels, proactively identifying bottlenecks and implementing process improvements.
• Develop, maintain and enhance onboarding procedures, documentation and internal guidelines to ensure operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.
• Support onboarding projects, system enhancements and continuous process optimisation initiatives.
• Provide day-to-day guidance and mentoring to junior team members, ensuring consistent application of onboarding standards and best practices.
• Stay up to date with evolving AML/KYC regulations, internal policies and industry developments.
• Prepare management reports, maintain accurate onboarding records and support internal audits and regulatory reviews.
