You will join the team building a Workforce Management solution – the product that helps teams to manage forecast demand, schedule people and run their day-to-day at scale. The team is cross-functional and self-organizing: product, backend, frontend, QA and DevOps working together in a genuinely agile setup, owning their components from idea through to production.
We are adopting AI across both product and engineering, so you will be working in an environment where new tooling and new ways of working are actively encouraged. Depending on business priorities and your own interests, you may also be assigned to other products or projects in our portfolio – which means a broad view of the product platform.
