Test Lead/ Test manager

What awaits you with us:

• Responsibility for the overall test strategy, test planning, and management of test cycles for complex IT projects
• Methodological leadership and coordination of testing teams, including capacity planning and resource management
• Direct communication and alignment with German-speaking clients, including regular reporting and presentation of test outcomes
• Definition, evaluation, and monitoring of quality gates, acceptance criteria, and defect management processes
• Active use and setup of test management and collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, Xray/Zephyr)
• Close cooperation with project managers, development teams, and external stakeholders across hybrid and agile environments

You will be responsible for planning, organizing, coordinating, etc. of a team of cca. 10 testers (both manual and automation testers). This team is newly formed, so we are looking for a new test lead/test manager, not for a deputy. You can set up lot of things based on your preferences and the preferences of your team.

• You will also work on client projects
• You will be in close contact with colleagues from Germany (this is the reason why is German language very important for us)
• You will be also part of the hiring process
• Other activities connected with position of test lead/ test manager

Požiadavky na zamestnanca

What we require:

• Practical experience in Test Management or leading testing teams (approximately 3+ years)
• Proven track record in creating test strategies, test concepts, and final test reports
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, standards, and the full SDLC (Waterfall, Hybrid, Agile)
• Deep hands-on experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) and test management plugins (Xray, Zephyr, or similar)
• Proactive mindset with strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with a client-oriented approach
• Good command of the German language (spoken and written), as everyday communication and meetings are in Germang
