Job description, responsibilities and duties

Lead, manage, coach and motivate the assigned team of 9 Medical Representatives and 2 HS/PH Specialists to achieve agreed sales and activity targets in line with company strategy and principles.

Ensure effective implementation of the regional business plan by translating national strategy into clear local priorities, measurable objectives and concrete action plans for each Medical Representative / HS/PH Specialist and key customer segment.

Conduct regular dual calls with Medical Representatives and HS/PH Specialists, provide structured feedback, evaluate performance and support the development of their professional knowledge, skills, competencies and selling effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Analyze sales results, regional potential, customer segmentation, competitors, market trends and Medical Representatives’ and HS/PH Specialists’ activities and propose practical actions to achieve business objectives.
• Support Medical Representatives and HS/PH Specialists in daily field work, problem solving, regional prioritization, call preparation, promotional event organization and follow-up of agreed action plans.
• Collect, analyze and process regular field feedback and prepare weekly, monthly, activity and dual-call reports for the CMVD Business Unit Manager and other relevant stakeholders.
• Deploy and ensure the operational follow-up of the information and promotion strategy in the assigned region, in line with business objectives and product strategy.
• Actively contributes to campaign preparation by sharing field insights and feedback on strategy, materials, visual aids, tools and customer needs.
• Prepare, deliver and follow up on presentations, workshops, regional meetings, cycle meetings, management cycle meetings, national sales conferences and other sales-force events.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with key external stakeholders, including doctors, opinion leaders, specialists, pharmacists, nurses, hospitals and other relevant business contacts.
• Ensure regular communication with internal business lines, healthcare professionals and therapeutic area experts to support effective implementation of regional plans.
• Participate in symposia, congresses, seminars and other professional events to develop relationships, gather field insights and support business development.
