You will be part of an HR Contact Center team supporting employees across select EMEA countries. We are seeking bilingual HR Contact Center Associates fluent in German and English to deliver exceptional employee support in a dynamic, multi-language environment.
Reporting to a Team Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for employees and managers, handling inquiries through multiple channels including phone, live chat, E-mail, and internal case management systems. Your role encompasses the full employee lifecycle, addressing questions related to benefits, payroll, leave of absence, data management, onboarding, terminations, and absence reporting requests.

Very good proficiency in written and verbal in german (B2 CEFR) and English (B2 CEFR).
