Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are looking for a true right hand for our Program Manager. Your main focus will be driving the support, coordination, and documentation management for brand-new launch programs, while also backing up our ongoing projects. It is a hands-on, operational role where your daily tasks will directly keep our customer programs up and running.
This position includes support for production start-up, including tooling management, including internal and customer tests, as well as close collaboration with purchasing and engineering on technical specifications. In addition, it includes order administration, PPAP milestone tracking, shopfloor installation support, and part number and bill of materials management.
Our Project & Program Management team is looking for an open-minded colleague with a strong engineering or technical background. Automotive experience is a huge plus to help you quickly understand the nature of our business. - Understanding of APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning), PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) + documentation
