Sales Operations Administrator

Job description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented candidate to join our Sales Operations Department. In this role, you will support both on-site and remote sales teams, helping to ensure smooth daily operations, process optimization, and compliance.

You will work closely with colleagues as well as with international teams across different territories, gaining valuable experience in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support in administrative tasks in CRM and CPQ
• Support the Sales Team on increasing sales productivity: Process optimization, Process simplification, Implementations of automations
• Support the Sales Team to achieve both department and company targets
• Support sales enablement initiatives and execution
• Support the Management with data driven insights and on driving day-to-day execution
• Facilitate planning activities and meetings to keep the team aligned

Requirements

• Fluent in English (written and spoken), other languages are a plus
• Experience in working with CRM system and CPQ
• Process driven
• Attention detail
• Curious and eager to keep learning
• A “Can do” attitude
• Knowledge in pricing
• Up to date with new technical approaches
• Work experience with multicultural teams
