our Controlling team is a key business partner, supporting one of newest manufacturing operations.

We work closely with plant management and operational teams to drive business performance, provide financial guidance, and support strategic decision-making. Our mission is to turn data into insights, identify opportunities for improvement, and help the organization deliver its financial and operational targets in a dynamic and fast-growing environment.

Čo budete robiť

• Partner with operational teams and management to drive performance and support business objectives.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, forecasts, budgets, and KPIs.
• Support target setting and monitor business performance against agreed objectives.
• Identify risks and opportunities and proactively recommend actions.
• Develop business cases, investment evaluations, and scenario analyses.
• Provide clear financial insights to support decision-making across the organization.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and help optimize financial processes.
• Collaborate closely with local and global finance teams, accounting, and operational stakeholders.
• Contribute to the development of a newly established manufacturing organization and its financial processes.

Čo budete prinášať

• University degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
• Approximately 5 years of experience in controlling, finance, or business control.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for working with numbers.
• Experience with SAP (R3/S4) and good knowledge of controlling and accounting principles.
• Ability to translate complex financial data into meaningful business insights.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• A proactive mindset, high integrity, and the courage to challenge and improve existing ways of working.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and maintain a holistic business perspective.
• Strong drive, engagement, and ambition to contribute to the success of a growing organization.
