The salary listed is the minimum guaranteed base salary for this position. The final salary will depend on the candidate’s skills and experience and will be determined through an individual offer.
Lead the architectural design process across all project phases, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality design documentation.
Coordinate architectural interfaces with structural, MEP, civil, process, fire protection, landscape, and BIM teams to ensure fully integrated design solutions.
Review and approve architectural designs for compliance with Slovak legislation, European standards, Employer's Requirements, and project specifications.
Manage the preparation and review of concept, building permit, execution, tender, and as-built documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Coordinate with the Chinese Design Institute, local design consultants, contractors, and authorities to resolve technical issues and support project approvals.
Provide architectural support during construction, including review of RFIs, shop drawings, material submittals, design changes, and value engineering proposals.
Support BIM implementation by reviewing architectural models for quality, coordination, and compliance with project BIM standards.
Monitor design progress, identify technical risks, prepare regular status reports, and contribute to the successful delivery of the project on schedule.

Number of years of experience 10
Personality requirements and skills Master's Degree in Architecture or other relevant field
Minimum 10 years of experience in industrial or large-scale construction projects.
Experience with battery plants, manufacturing facilities, logistics centres, semiconductor plants, automotive factories, or other complex industrial developments is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of Slovak Building Act, permitting processes, and industrial building design requirements.
Experience in BIM coordination, fire safety, accessibility standards, building envelopes, and architectural detailing.
Good understanding of construction methods, value engineering, quality management, and risk management.
Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, ACC/BIM 360, Bluebeam Revu, and Microsoft Office.
Proficiency in English and Slovak at a communicative level (minimum B2) – a requirement
Excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to respond quickly to problems, analytical thinking, and thoroughness in problem-solving
