Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti

Leasing Management

Lead the full leasing cycle of logistics parks, including client sourcing, negotiations, proposals, and contract execution.

Broker & Channel Development

Maintain strong cooperation with international agencies. Organize broker engagement activities to enhance leasing performance.

Market Research

Monitor CEE logistics market trends, rental benchmarks, and competitor activities. Prepare leasing and market analysis reports to support strategy decisions.

Client Relationship Management

Expand and manage relationships with key tenants, including 3PLs, e-commerce, and manufacturing companies. Ensure high tenant satisfaction and achievement of leasing targets.

Zamestnanecké výhody, benefity

Experience: 3–5 years of leasing experience in logistics/industrial real estate. Existing tenant and broker network preferred. Experience with major international brokerages is a plus.

Skills & Language: Strong negotiation, communication, and client management skills. Fluent English required; Slovak or other CEE languages are advantageous.

Other: High professionalism and execution capability. Familiar with European/US business culture. Willing to travel within the CEE region.
