Senior Quality Engineer

2 100 - 2 400 EUR/month Base gross monthly salary starts from 2,100 EUR . The final salary will be determined based on the candidate's relevant qualifications and professional experience and may be higher.

What your role will be

We are looking for an experienced Senior Quality Engineer who will be responsible for:

• Leading and driving quality assurance activities across the manufacturing process, ensuring compliance with internal standards, customer requirements, and applicable industry regulations.
• Managing complex quality issues by conducting root cause analysis (8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa, etc.), implementing effective corrective and preventive actions, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Acting as the key quality interface for customer and supplier quality matters, including complaint resolution, escalation management, and performance improvement.
• Maintaining, developing, and continuously improving the Quality Management System in accordance with IATF 16949 and other relevant standards.
• Planning, conducting, and leading internal audits while supporting customer, certification, and supplier audits.
• Partnering cross-functionally with Production, Engineering, Supply Chain, and other stakeholders to ensure robust quality processes throughout the product lifecycle.
• Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting quality KPIs, identifying trends, and driving data-based improvement actions to achieve operational excellence.
• Supporting new product introduction (NPI) activities, including APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plans, and validation of manufacturing processes.
• Coaching and mentoring employees on quality tools, methodologies, and best practices to strengthen the organization's quality culture.
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and other quality methodologies to enhance product quality, process capability, and customer satisfaction.

Who we are looking for
