Compensation for roles depends on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific role, skill set, level of experience, and subject to applicable law. A range of compensation is provided aligned to internal job architecture and market benchmarks to ensure fair and consistent pay for comparable roles. The starting base salary for this position is 2900 EUR/ Gross.

As IFRS17 Senior Life Actuarial Analyst, your main responsibilities will involve:

• Acting as an IFRS 17 methodology expert, translating actuarial requirements into practical business and system solutions
• Ownership of end-to-end delivery of actuarial development initiatives, ensuring quality and timely execution
• Drive the resolution of actuarial reporting and implementation challenges across multiple entities
• Lead collaboration across Actuarial, IT and other teams to deliver and enhance actuarial tools and reporting capabilities
• Facilitate cross-functional discussions, manage stakeholder expectations, and resolve conflicting priorities to achieve effective outcomes
