Indirect Tax Team was established in 2011. Our team comprises 45 colleagues who are passionate about Indirect Taxes, especially VAT. Due to business model we are preparing and submitting VAT Reports and other VAT related reports for all European countries and non-EU countries like Norway, Switzerland, UK and GCC Countries (Gulf Cooperation Council). In our team, you will get in touch with diverse VAT legislative. Due to legal changes in VAT Legislation, we are in very close cooperation with Team of Experts Indirect Tax and Finance Tax Team in headquarters to ensure proper implementation of all legal changes within our processes. We are in daily contact with different Business partners, Tax and Statistical Authorities and external advisors. We are also focusing on improving our processes and automation; therefore, you will have a lot of opportunities to participate on different projects and further develop your knowledge.
End-to-end VAT compliance process including preparation and submission of VAT returns, Intrastat reports, European Sales/Purchase lists and other VAT related reports, Processing of VAT Payments and monitoring of VAT Refunds, Performing different analyses related to VAT, reconciling VAT accounts, solving ad hoc queries, VAT audits management, responding to notifications and preparation of requested documentation for Business partners, Tax and Statistical Offices, Regular update of documentation, Partial participation in different projects e.g. implementation of new reporting obligations related to changes in VAT legislation or automation of the processes.
