Information about the position Job description, responsibilities and duties Support the EMEA Materials Management Center of Excellence by ensuring high-quality data, robust parameter governance, and consistent reporting across all plants. The Analyst provides the foundational accuracy needed to improve service, reduce DIO/E&O, stabilize planning, and lift execution discipline across purchasing and production planning.
Parameter & Data Governance Maintain and validate planning/purchasing parameters (lead time, MOQ, SS, min/max, sourcing rules, segmentation). Run parameter audits; identify anomalies, gaps, and drift vs. standards. Ensure data quality and alignment between ERP and APS systems. Maintain parameter change logs and support approval workflows.
Reporting & Analytics Support Update and maintain weekly/monthly dashboards: OTIF, PDSL/RDSL, DIO, E&O, plan stability, expedite spend. Ensure accuracy and consistency of inputs for KPI scorecards and plant performance reviews. Prepare standard reporting packs for governance cadences (weekly risk review, monthly MM review).
Control Tower Support Gather and validate shortage, supplier, capacity, and confirmation-related data. Support the Senior Analyst in building and maintaining risk heatmaps and early-warning signals. Track corrective actions and follow-ups with plants.
Process Standardization & Documentation Assist in maintaining SOPs, checklists, parameter standards, and MM playbooks. Support training materials and knowledge-sharing documentation across plants. Coordinate updates to standard templates used by purchasing and planning teams.
System & Integration Support Perform basic integration checks between ERP, APS, (data consistency, missing parameters, inactive items). Support dataset updates and simple data modelling tasks (with guidance).

Good understanding of ERP/MRP logic (experience preferred). Strong Excel skills; familiarity a plus. Detail-oriented with strong data accuracy and problem‑solving mindset. Ability to work with multiple plants and stakeholders in a structured, disciplined manner.
