Order to Invoice Analyst

This role plays a critical part in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of customer orders through to invoicing, supporting international operations. The successful candidate will adhere to a strong understanding of end-to-end Order to Invoice (O2I) processes. Moreover, the candidate should have excellent communication skills in English, and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Zodpovednosti

• Support the complete Order to Invoice cycle for international customers, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance to resolve order discrepancies and ensure timely billing.
• Monitor and maintain billing accuracy, identifying and correcting errors to prevent revenue leakage.
• Support month-end and quarter-end closing activities related to billing and revenue recognition.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records in accordance with audit and compliance requirements.

Zmluva

Initial contract will be fixed-term for a 1 year. After mutual agreement the contract can be changed to permanent.

Odmeňovanie

1 800 - 2 200 EUR/month Negotiable based on experience plus an annual bonus based on individual and business objectives evaluation
