MES, IIoT, AI Tools, smart factory implementation experience. Robotics, motion control, and vision systems for assembly and handling. Functional safety systems, safety PLCs, and compliance documentation. Facility or Production Line Layout development (using AutoCad or equivalent) Knowledge of assembly and fabrication processes Knowledge of Design tools, methods, and new technologies Strong communication skills to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization Lean Six Sigma Green (Black Belt advantage) Preferred: Experience compiling and submitting Capital Appropriation Requests (CAR’s)
