We are looking for a dynamic and forward-thinking Finance Business Partner to join our team. This role sits at the heart of the organization, acting as a key interface between local operations and the Group, ensuring high-quality financial insight, alignment, and performance steering.
You will play a key role in driving financial transparency, coordinating planning and reporting cycles. In addition, you will lead cross-functional projects aimed at improving processes and efficiency.
Act as a finance partner to central and group stakeholders, ensuring alignment with Group standards and expectations
Lead and coordinate budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes across the organization
Oversee and continuously improve management reporting, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and business relevance
Drive central controlling processes, including performance analysis, variance tracking, and KPI monitoring
Support Group reporting requirements, ensuring consistency and compliance with corporate guidelines
Coordinate and streamline reporting and planning processes across departments
Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation within finance
Lead or actively contribute to transformation and change initiatives
Build strong relationships with stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor to senior management
Koho hľadáme?
Degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
Several years of experience in controlling, FP&A, or finance business partnering, ideally in a complex or international environment
Strong understanding of central controlling and group reporting processes
Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
Experience in project management or transformation initiatives is a strong plus
Excellent analytical skills combined with a business-oriented mindset
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently and lead initiatives
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
