• Manage HR agenda for your assigned business area
• Support managers in motivating and developing their teams
• Collaborate on HR projects and process improvements
• Identify and develop talent within the organization
• Provide guidance on labor law and HR strategy
• Prepare reports and deliver HR-related training for managers
• Recruiting activities within assigned business area
• Data analysis and overviews
• Necessary admin tasks related to employment

Požiadavky

• Proven experience in HR, preferably in a similar role
• Knowledge of labor law and HR processes
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach
• Ability to build partnerships with managers and employees
• English on advanced level
• This position is replacement for maternity leave
• Secondary with school-leaving examination
• English – Advanced (C1)
• Slovak – Proficiency (C2)
• Microsoft Excel – Advanced
• Experience in the position/sector: 3
• Number of years of experience: 5
• Communication skills
• Assertive and proactive approach
• Presentation skills
