We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Analyst to join a European finance operations team. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to combine finance, data analysis and technology while working with international teams and gaining hands-on experience in large-scale financial operations.

• Analyze and resolve accounts receivable discrepancies, including payment differences, returns and agreement-related issues.

Zodpovednosti

• Perform reconciliations between statements, payments and internal accounting records.
• Process a high volume of financial transactions while ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
• Investigate payment-related issues and cooperate with internal teams to find effective solutions.
• Communicate with business partners and internal stakeholders via email and phone regarding AR and payment queries.
• Work with Microsoft Excel to analyze financial data, identify discrepancies and support reporting and decision-making.
• Look for opportunities to simplify and improve existing finance processes.
• Explore the use of AI and automation to reduce repetitive manual work and increase efficiency.

The job is suitable for:

• Graduate

Minimum education required: Secondary with school-leaving examination

Language skills:

• English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills:

• Interest in finance, accounting, financial data or data analysis; previous experience in Accounts Receivable or a similar area is an advantage.
• Good understanding of basic accounting principles, particularly debit and credit.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and confidence working with larger amounts of data.
