A nearshore consulting team supporting transformation projects in the financial services sector. The team brings together strong German language capabilities, consulting skills, and understanding of banking, insurance and other FS domains.
You will also be part of the technology consulting team and will have the opportunity to be involved in activities in both countries.
You will take a key role in supporting banks, insurance companies, and investment firms through complex transformation projects, accompanying them from initial analysis through to the successful implementation of technological and organizational change.
You will work closely with client stakeholders to analyze existing operational processes in back-office and middle-office environments, developing solutions that drive digitization, increase efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure regulatory compliance. In addition to hands-on process optimization, you will actively participate in the deployment of modern technologies such as Business Analytics, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and Process Mining, gaining practical experience with tools shaping the future of the financial sector.
You are expected to take ownership within traditional and agile project structures, contributing to data preparation, presentations, and decision templates for management, while directly supporting project success. Through comprehensive training via a Digital Upskilling Academy and Technology Communities, alongside mentoring and a buddy system, you will continuously grow your skills and gradually take on broader responsibilities.
