We work in a HYBRID STYLE of working with the possibility of working from home, but twice a week we meet in the office for meetings.

The published salary is the minimum possible offer. The starting salary may be higher depending on the extent of fulfillment of the employee's requirements (education, language skills, required practice, personality assumptions and skills).

Requirements for the employee:

• Education: University degree (Bachelor or Master) in Economics/Accounting/Business Informatics or Information Technology
• Experience: 5 years of relevant experience (reporting/controlling/analysis/BI tools)
• Language knowledge: English (fluent) and German (beneficial)

Benefity

• Annual Bonus (Variable Pay): In accordance with the employer’s compensation Remuneration policy, employees are eligible for an annual bonus of up to 5% of their annual base salary total cash, subject to achieving 100% of the performance criteria defined by the employer.*
