Job description, responsibilities and duties

Our group has been appointed to orchestrate a critical project recovery and handover package for the entire Paint Shop division. Following a structural transition in project execution partners, our engineering teams are taking full operational accountability from the milestone of installation audit, leading through the complete on-site trials, commissioning, and final production ramp-up phases.

• Establish and maintain the project budget tracking structure on the manufacturing site.
• Monitor actual expenditures, commitments, and forecast-at-completion costs.
• Review, quantify, and process supplier change orders and technical modifications.
