In this role, you will support payroll operations through data processing, system administration, and communication with German authorities and internal teams. Your work will help ensure that payroll processes run smoothly, accurately, and on time.

• process and update payroll and HR data in internal systems
• check data accuracy and resolve discrepancies with the payroll team
• prepare and submit documents electronically to German authorities
• work with online portals and monitor submission confirmations
• support the team with daily administration and deadline tracking
• ensure compliance with internal processes, control procedures, and statutory deadlines while resolving discrepancies in cooperation with the Payroll Accountant
