Inside Sales Account Manager – Retail, German Speaking

Our team is responsible for selling ground-breaking products by building relationships with customers using both the telephone and email as communication methods. The Account Manager for Retail is responsible for driving revenue growth, managing customer relationships, and supporting the retail business through proactive sales engagement, account development, and cross-functional collaboration. This role focuses on executing sales strategies, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering a strong customer experience across assigned retail accounts.

What you’ll achieve

As an Account Manager, you will support day-to-day selling tasks, learning portfolio depth and sales processes. You will respond to inquiries, verify availability, and coordinate with operations to meet customer timelines. You will continuously build product knowledge and contribute to team resources.

You will

• Manage and grow assigned retail accounts through proactive sales activity and account execution support
• Drive revenue growth by identifying upsell, cross-sell, and attach opportunities across the retail portfolio
• Execute account plans and retail programs by coordinating promotional activities, pricing, and inventory discussions
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (account executive, marketing, supply chain, finance, operations) to ensure execution and alignment
• Track performance, analyze sales trends, and forecast accurately to deliver revenue, margin, and KPI targets

Essential Requirements

• 2–5+ years of inside sales, account management, or retail/channel sales experience
• German and English language proficiency on C1 level (must-have)
• Experience working with retail partners, channel environments, or consumer technology products
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment

Desirable Requirements

• Master’s degree in Economics & Management (Corporate Sales and Marketing)
• Experience in technology, hardware, or consumer electronics sales
