· Develop, maintain, and deploy global quality standards, procedures, and best practices.
· Ensure alignment and effectiveness of quality management across regions & functions.
· Define, monitor, and drive global quality KPIs and performance metrics.
· Analyze quality trends and lead corrective and preventive improvement initiatives.
· Drive the deployment & standardization of Quality Core Tools throughout the organization.
· Lead and support continuous improvement and World Class Quality initiatives.
· Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reporting solutions, and quality analytics.
· Support digitalization and data-driven decision making within quality organization.
· Collaborate globally across Engineering, Program Management, BD, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Customer/Supplier Quality functions.
· Support Customer/Supplier quality improvement activities and escalation management.
· Support quality planning and risk management throughout the product lifecycle, from concept development through serial production and field performance
· Support and, when required, lead the analysis, resolution, and negotiation of high-impact Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) issues, including 0-km, warranty, & customer claims.
· Facilitate best practice sharing and knowledge transfer across regions and sites.
· Support and when required, lead the analysis and resolution of potential safety issues
· Support Global Quality Dragon initiatives across regions
