You’re organized, proactive and naturally customer-oriented. You know how to communicate clearly, solve problems and keep your cool when there are several things happening at once. You don’t just pass issues on — you take ownership and help get things done.
Fluency in English and German, both written and spoken, is essential.
At least 5 years of professional experience in a Back Office role, preferably in a customer service or sales support environment.
