Role Summary
Responsible for the design, implementation, and optimization of end-to-end document processing solutions on an enterprise capture platform. Acts as a technical advisor and bridge between business stakeholders and development — from requirements analysis through architecture to go-live.
Typical Responsibilities
Analyze existing document processes and create solution concepts
Design and implement capture workflows end-to-end
Develop customer-specific extensions, server scripts, and custom activities
Migrate legacy document-capture solutions to a modern capture platform
Configure classification and extraction models, both rule-based and AI-driven
Build and maintain validation forms with cascading dropdown logic
Configure exports and integrate with enterprise content-management and document-management systems
Perform performance analysis and optimize straight-through processing rates
Create technical documentation and deliver knowledge transfer
Evaluate and pilot new AI/LLM capabilities for intelligent capture
