About the Role
As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic account plans to maximize adoption and market access of the company’s portfolio (including biosimilars and other products) within hospitals and key healthcare institutions in your territory.
You will work closely with hospital stakeholders, physicians, pharmacists, and procurement teams, focusing on value-based discussions, tender success, and building long-term partnerships.

- Develop and execute strategic account plans for key hospitals and healthcare institutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including physicians, hospital pharmacists, procurement departments, and hospital management
- Drive sales performance and achieve targets within your assigned territory
- Identify opportunities to increase product adoption and utilization across accounts
- Monitor and analyze sales data, prescribing patterns, and account performance
- Actively monitor and support hospital tenders, procurement processes, and purchasing pathways
- Navigate the local reimbursement system and regulatory environment
- Communicate the clinical and economic value of the portfolio to healthcare professionals
- Participate in scientific meetings, educational activities, and conferences
- Map and engage key stakeholders across hospital systems and regional structures
- Collaborate cross-functionally with medical, market access, marketing, and supply teams
- Provide market insights and field feedback to internal stakeholders
- Ensure all activities are conducted in full compliance with local regulations, company policies, and ethical standards

Mzdové podmienky (brutto)
Od 1 500 EUR/mesiac; Platové s možnosťou dohody podľa seniority a pracovných skúseností. Výkonnostná odmena podľa dosahovaných výsledkov (3x ročne).
