As a Finance & Accounting Consultant

You will work directly with clients on their day-to-day accounting operations, finance transformation projects, and ERP implementations. You will be a trusted partner for our clients — not just executing tasks, but understanding their business and helping them build better processes.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Support clients with daily accounting operations across AP, AR, General Ledger, and Fixed Assets
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records across multiple entities
• Carry out group-wide intercompany reconciliations
• Support bank accounting across multiple accounts and entities with reconciliation and support to configure automatizations
• Assist with VAT declaration reporting, maintenance of VAT control sheets, and support with configuration based on client requirements
• Support preparation of statutory financial statements under Local GAAP (HGB, Czech, Slovak GAAP) and/or IFRS, including group consolidation reporting
• Coordinate and support external audits — prepare documentation, explain account balances, and implement required corrections
• Work with ERP systems — support implementations, data migrations, process setup, automated configurations, and post-go-live hypercare
• Train and onboard client accounting teams on transactions, processes, and best practices
• Provide ad hoc accounting consulting across multiple ERP systems, serving as the primary accounting support
