Basic salary comprises contractual tariff 1250€ gross + 150€ variable part + a full-time night work incentive. It may further be extended by weekend/bank holiday incentives, overtime, loyalty program incentive, positive review incentive, GM bonus for high performers, FO incentive program for achieved KPIs related to occupancy and parking revenue, etc. There is a possibility to work extra shifts, reflected in overtime incentives.

A warm welcome, a happy smile, a positive attitude and a natural host. Our receptionists are the face of our hotels, and they know that our guests are number 1.

We look for Mr Nightshine to help us out managing and supervising night shifts (22:00-6:00). While most guests are counting sheep, we need a brave and reliable man to count the day’s figures, host the night owls with a warm welcome, a happy smile and a positive colorful attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcomes customers to the hotel and responds to customer requests
• Stays current with developments in the hotel by reviewing the communication log book each shift; updates log book for next shift
• Allocates rooms and issues appropriate keys
• Follows-up and verifies arrivals by updating registration cards in regards to spelling of guest’s name, address and method of payment
• Handles incoming guest room reservations
• Is aware, at all times, of current room status and room availability
• Ensures all guests establish credit upon check-in
• Monitors customer accounts to insure adherence to hotel credit limits
• Identifies and records special billing instructions and notifies accounting
• Completes shift closing accurately
• Demonstrates teamwork by co-operating and assisting colleagues as needed
• Handles difficult situations of the night operations effectively
• Demonstrates a working knowledge of all services and facilities of the hotel, and effectively assists the hotel’s guests
• Uses the ABC approach to respond to negative comments and complaints; and notifies Front Office Manager immediately for appropriate follow-up
