In your role, you are responsible for leading and setting up supply chain team in both the Boards and Furniture units. Organizing and overseeing supply chain activities is a key aspect of your role, and you provide effective leadership and motivation to our dedicated employees.

You maintain regular communication with our customers and suppliers, ensuring smooth collaboration. Coordinating the procurement of primary materials for production is an important aspect of your role, ensuring the right quantity and quality. You also oversee the coordination of demand planning activities to effectively meet customer demands. Preparation of comprehensive documentation and reports for management, including sales evaluation, stock development, and material deliveries, is part of your responsibilities. You actively participate in the implementation of logistic and warehouse systems, ensuring compliance with other standards. Working closely with the production and quality departments, you ensure customer needs are met. You maintain control over compliance with storage and logistic standards. Active participation in the sales budget preparation process is expected from you. Collaborating with all departments of the company, you actively contribute to introducing new products.

• You should hold a Master's degree in a technical field, preferably in Economics, Management, Logistics, or a related discipline in the woodworking industry.
• English - Advanced (C1)
• Microsoft Excel - Skillful
• Driving licence B
• 5 years of experience
