Customer Service & Sales Representative - German and English Speaker

As a Customer Service & Sales Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring their questions are answered and issues resolved efficiently. You will also be the expert about the several products and accessories available for customers. You will represent a company dedicated to creating furniture and baby gear that combines functionality with exceptional style.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide outstanding service and support.
• Identify customer needs and directly recommend products and services to enhance their experience.
• Handle inquiries efficiently, resolving issues, and providing solutions in a knowledgeable manner.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of client products and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
• Document customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system to improve service delivery and sales strategies.

Requirements

• Fluency in both German and English.
• A passion for helping customers and a customer centric approach.
• Ability to deal with sensitive calls with empathy and understanding.
• Strong administrative skills with a keen eye for details.
• A strong professional and proactive approach to problem solving.
• Experience using CRM systems would be a plus.

Minimum education required: University education (Bachelor's degree)

Language skills:

• English - Upper intermediate (B2)
• German - Upper intermediate (B2)

• Start Date: ASAP
• Contract: Fixed-Term (6 months with possibility to move into a permanent contract).
• Full-Time: 40 hours per week.
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
• Performance Bonus: up to €150/month after probation.
• Working Model: Hybrid working model from our location.
• Training: 3 Weeks of training.
