Job description, responsibilities and duties

• You will support our distributor partners and customers in the practical use of our machines in Eastern Slovakia and on demand in the neighbouring markets as well
• You solve technical challenges and organise necessary repairs
• You provide support during machine operations and technical training
• You carry out evaluations and assessments
• You process after-sales cases

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

• Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
• University education (Bachelor's degree)
• University education (Master's degree)
• Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

• Slovak - Proficiency (C2) or
• English - Upper intermediate (B2) or
• German - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

• Practical agricultural experience
• Experience in customer service - ideally in field service
• Technical experience and expertise in hydraulics, electrics and electronics
• Very good communication skills
• Successfully completed technical education
• Possession of car driving license
• In addition to the slovak language, proficiency in German or English, both written and spoken
• High competence in self-management
• Ability to work under pressure, reliability, sense of responsibility and commitment.
