Job description, responsibilities and duties
The role is responsible for supporting the Transparent Flow Process (TFP) and Change Management Programs/Projects by ensuring strong quality governance, system readiness, and execution discipline. The position focuses on preventing wrong material shipment, avoiding conflicts with future PCNs, and ensuring alignment across quality systems and change management processes through effective cross‑functional collaboration.
Due to close collaboration with colleagues and teams in Asia, this role requires some flexibility in working hours, particularly during the onboarding and training period. An earlier start to the workday (from approximately 7:00 AM) may occasionally be required. This position is especially suitable for candidates who prefer an early work schedule.
