Help shape the next chapter of Compensation & Benefits.
We are building something new. We are establishing a Global HR Hub to professionalize various HR processes across the entire Group. As a Compensation & Benefits Professional you will contribute to the design, implementation, maintenance, monitoring, and development of fair, equitable, and competitive Compensation & Benefits programs across the Group.
This role is a temporary position with a fixed-term contract of 12 months.
Global Compensation Strategy: Support the Head of Global Rewards in implementing the global compensation strategy, including its rollout across countries in collaboration with local HR managers.
Compensation Processes: Manage job evaluations, job classifications, salary reviews, bonus processes, and related compensation activities.
Advisory: Act as a trusted partner to HR managers on compensation-related topics and best practices.
Global projects & Pay Equity: Contribute to global compensation initiatives, including job architecture, performance and bonus programs, pay transparency, and pay equity analyses.
HRIS – Workday: Support compensation processes in Workday, including salary increase cycles, system configuration, data validation, reporting, and user support.
Market Data & Benchmarking: Analyze market and internal compensation data, participate in salary surveys, and provide insights and recommendations for decision-making.
Policies & Process Improvement: Maintain compensation policies and guidelines, ensure compliance, and drive process improvements.
Benefits & Stakeholder Management: Support employee benefits programs and collaborate with HR business partners to ensure effective communication and implementation of Compensation & Benefits initiatives.
Reporting & Project Coordination: Prepare compensation-related reports and coordinate projects to ensure timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
Knowledge Development: Stay up to date with compensation trends, legislation, and market developments, sharing best practices across the organization.
