We are looking for an ambitious, entrepreneurial and results-driven leader to lead and develop our operations across the Czech Republic and Slovakia, while building the foundations for a future Central Europe region.

The successful candidate will be fully accountable for business performance, operational efficiency, commercial growth, and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall business operations across Slovakia and the Czech Republic with full accountability for commercial, operational, and financial performance.
• Drive profitable business growth by developing and executing ambitious sales and market expansion strategies across the region.
• Take direct ownership of business development activities, including identifying new market opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and acquiring key customers.
• Build, develop, and manage a strong and sustainable sales pipeline to ensure long-term revenue growth.
• Lead strategic customer engagement, participate in key negotiations, and strengthen relationships with major regional and international clients.
• Expand the company's market presence by actively promoting logistics, transport, contract logistics, and supply chain solutions to new and existing customers.
• Develop and execute business strategies aligned with the company's regional growth ambitions and future Central Europe development plans.
• Assume full P&L responsibility and ensure sustainable revenue growth, profitability, and return on investment.
• Identify opportunities for geographic expansion, new service offerings, and cross-selling initiatives across the region.
• Build, lead, and develop high-performing commercial and operational teams while fostering a culture of accountability, entrepreneurship, and performance.
• Monitor business performance through KPIs, forecasting, budgeting, pipeline management, and regular Business Reviews, implementing corrective actions when necessary.
