Responsibilities

• Updated and effective product pages for the main sales platforms.
• Significant growth in conversion from a website visit to the required action or purchase.

Overall Business Targets

Sales: EUR 50,000 → EUR 100,000 → EUR 200,000 → EUR 500,000 → EUR 1,000,000 per month.

Information about the selection process

The recruitment process usually consists of three stages:

1. Initial interview with a recruitment specialist – basic introduction to the position, the candidate’s experience and mutual expectations.
2. In-depth interview with the direct manager – a more detailed discussion of the candidate’s experience, competencies and approach to developing sales.
3. Final meeting with the manager – discussion of the specific compensation system, expected results and upcoming tasks.

In some cases, the recruitment process may also include a practical or test assignment.

Personality requirements and skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree; a background in natural sciences, mathematics, finance or a related field is an advantage.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital or growth marketing.
• Advanced knowledge of Power BI and Excel.
• Practical experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, HubSpot and Hotjar.
• Experience in building full-funnel analytics and analytics covering the entire customer journey.
• Ability to plan media, test hypotheses and optimise growth.
• Willingness to present examples of completed projects and achieved results during the interview.

As part of the recruitment process, candidates may be asked to complete tests in mathematics and online marketing.
