Key Responsibilities:
Support the configuration and implementation of Controlling solutions.
Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Controlling solutions within transformation programs.
Drive Fit-to-Standard workshops and advise clients on leading practices for management accounting, cost center accounting, profitability analysis, product costing, and financial planning processes.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable solutions aligned with standard functionality and Public Cloud principles.
Lead solution design discussions and coordinate cross-functional integration with Finance, Procurement, Sales, and other modules.
Provide subject matter expertise and trusted advisory services to client finance and controlling stakeholders.
Support data migration, reporting, analytics, and process optimization initiatives.
Mentor junior consultants, review deliverables, and contribute to knowledge sharing across the practice.
Contribute to pre-sales activities, solution demonstrations, effort estimations, proposal preparation, and business development initiatives.
Stay current with innovations, cloud releases, and emerging finance transformation trends.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and consulting skills with the ability to engage senior business representatives.
Customer-centric mindset with strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
Business fluent in English (written and verbal). German is an advantage.
Minimum 5 years of Finance & Controlling consulting experience.
Participation in at least 3 full-cycle implementation projects, including transformation programs.
Strong expertise in Controlling processes including Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis (Margin Analysis/CO-PA), Profit Center Accounting, and Planning & Budgeting.
Hands-on experience with Public Cloud is highly preferred; experience with Private Cloud and ECC is also valuable.
Proven experience leading Fit-to-Standard workshops, business process design, solution validation, testing, and deployment activities.
Experience integrating CO with FI and other logistics modules.
Ability to lead workstreams independently and manage client expectations throughout project delivery.
Finance or Management Accounting certification is considered a strong advantage.
Previous consulting experience within a professional services organization is preferred.
Odmeňovanie
2300 Eur fixed salary + 250 Eur performance-based bonus. The advertised salary represents the starting amount for the position. The final offer will be based on the candidate’s experience, skills, qualifications, and seniority. A performance-based bonus may also be offered depending on individual and company results.
