Scope of responsibility
Development and maintenance of existing source code of applications, application components and functionalities in Java / backend and frontend frameworks
Support tools and systems for local employees in their day-to-day work
Debug application code to find and fix issues and recover the original functionality
Ensure stability, usability, and efficiency of internal IT services
Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders and customers to analyze and fulfill their needs and align product roadmap to strategic goals
Problem solving and decision making
What will you do?
Develop new and maintain existing source code of applications
Work in a Scrum team on developing and building complex application solutions for customers
Serve as professional mentor for junior and medior developers

Listen to user requests, consult with internal and external customers and project managers
Analyze customer requirements and propose overall application and framework design of midsize application architecture, including interfaces and relational database structure; provide complex business analysis to build application functionality
Provide project estimates and timelines, such as total number of development hours, total number of testing hours and bug fixing, and report them to customers for budget planning in advance
Implement customer requirements based on specifications in selected object-oriented programming languages into functional and user-friendly applications
Provide testing of programmed functionality before deployment to avoid bugs and ensure quality of code
Implement security concepts according to policy in developed applications to ensure accordance with required standards
Take part in internal evaluation processes
Take product responsibility from a technology point of view
Negotiate with product owners and project managers about technology stacks used in projects
Tech stack
We are searching for Fullstack developers with senior backend skills and some frontend skills.
Additional preferred knowledge/experience as an advantage: any testing tool or framework, container orchestration, containerization, microservices, version control, cloud technologies and databases.
You will succeed if you
Have Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Information technologies
Have minimum 5 years of experience in the development of complex solutions
Have some experience within the field of application programming in object-oriented programming languages and experience with agile software development methodology, for example Scrum
Are advanced at Programming, HW/SW Overview and General IT Overview
Have good soft skills like Communication, Analytical thinking and Team Cooperation
Speak English at least on B2 level
