In this role, you will lead and develop data-driven audit approaches by partnering with auditors to understand key risks, controls and business processes. You will identify and acquire the required data, perform analytical assessments, and discuss insights with both audit teams and auditees to support informed decision-making.
Beyond delivering analytics solutions, you will contribute to advancing data-driven auditing across GIA by sharing your expertise, coaching junior analysts and auditors, and helping strengthen analytics capabilities within the function.

Personality requirements and skills
About You Education and experience: • University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. • Minimum 7 years of relevant professional experience. • Strong proficiency in SQL and Python. • Experience translating business requirements into analytical use cases. • Proven ability to manage end-to-end analytics delivery. • Experience working in agile environments and applying agile practices. • Experience working in Internal Audit or other assurance functions, such as Risk Management or Compliance (preferred). • Proven experience developing GenAI assistants and agents, and applying them across the audit lifecycle, including risk assessment, audit scoping, control testing and reporting. • Experience applying machine learning techniques to solve business problems (preferred).
