Community, Support & Social Media Specialist

This is a varied role combining customer support, community management, social media, and content creation. If you’re communicative, solution-oriented, creative, and comfortable working with digital tools and technology, this could be the right role for you.

Odmeňovanie

1 400 - 3 000 EUR/month

The final salary will be determined based on the applicant’s experience, qualifications, skills, and overall suitability for the position.

Customer Support

• Communicate with customers via our ticketing system (no direct phone contact)
• Resolve inquiries related to our products, services, and platform use
• Escalate complex or technical issues to the relevant teams and follow up on their resolution
• Maintain accurate and well-structured records of customer interactions
• Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to internal support processes
• Cooperate with other departments when resolving customer cases

Community Management

• Help manage and engage with our online communities across relevant platforms
• Respond to community questions, comments, and discussions in a professional manner
• Support community moderation and help maintain a positive online environment
• Assist with announcements, updates, and other community communication
• Gather feedback from the community and share relevant insights with internal teams
• Help maintain a consistent company tone and brand voice across community channels

Social Media & Marketing Support

• Help the marketing team with publishing and managing content on social media
• Prepare and write captions, posts, announcements, and other social media content
• Assist with the preparation of marketing and promotional materials
• Help with video editing and short-form content creation
• Assist with basic photo editing, graphics, animation, or motion content where needed
• Help adapt existing materials for different social media platforms
• Contribute ideas for social media posts, campaigns, videos, and other content
• Support general marketing activities and content planning

Additional responsibilities

• Support other teams with ad-hoc tasks within your scope of abilities
• Assist with miscellaneous operational tasks where required
• Contribute ideas for improving customer communication, community engagement, social media, and internal processes
