We are looking for a Scrum Master / Business Analyst with strong coordination, facilitation, and technical experience to expand our IT capacity to support the continued development of a global business-critical platform providing catastrophe API solutions for catastrophe modeling.
In this combined role, you work closely with the core IT team, business stakeholders, development teams, catastrophe analysts, and external partners. You enable effective Agile delivery while ensuring that business needs are understood, refined, prioritized, and translated into implementable requirements.
You handle Scrum Master responsibilities with hands-on business analysis, IT operations, and support for internal stakeholders.

A range of compensation aligned to internal job architecture and market benchmarks is provided to ensure fair and consistent pay for comparable roles. The starting base salary range for this position is 2930 Eur.
