We are looking for an experienced leader who can connect business, technology and people. As our Head of Digital Enabler, you will drive digital initiatives that simplify the way we work, strengthen collaboration across international teams and help transform ideas into business value.

What will you do?
- Lead and develop an experienced team of digital professionals.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives and continuously improve internal processes and services.
- Translate business needs into practical digital solutions together with stakeholders.
- Own the end-to-end delivery of your service portfolio, ensuring quality, performance and customer satisfaction.
- Build trusted partnerships with internal customers, senior leaders and international stakeholders.
- Manage budgets, forecasts and resources while balancing business priorities with people development.
- Foster an environment where innovation, collaboration and continuous improvement become part of everyday work.
- Coach, mentor and inspire your team, helping individuals grow while delivering excellent business results.

You will succeed if you:
- Master’s degree and at least 5 years of leadership experience in a corporate environment.
- Excellent English (C1) and German (minimum B2).
- Proven experience leading international teams and driving organizational or digital transformation.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across all organizational levels.
- Experience managing budgets, resources and business priorities.
- A customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering measurable business value.
- The ability to inspire people, make decisions and create an environment where teams can perform at their best.
