The Technical Lead’s primary focus is managing a sub-team to support manufacturing operations, process scale-up, and production execution. The role ensures compliant, flexible, and efficient delivery of manufacturing activities supporting pivotal stability, clinical, and other human-use studies across all categories, requiring a strong understanding of end-to-end manufacturing processes and operational workflows.

The role will deputise for the Team Lead when required and support facilities-based initiatives, utilities, and infrastructure in line with EHS and GMP.

Looking for innovative and better ways of working, actively identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and eliminate non-value-added activities from processes and procedures.

• Lead a team and manage their performance through objective setting and development of training plans focusing on developing expertise and teamwork to maximize motivation and engagement.
• Deputising as required for the Team Leader
• Developing and championing scale-up understanding and process development, overseeing operations to ensure safe and compliant use of equipment.
• Creating, reviewing, and approving documents, including batch documentation, experimental plans/reports, change controls, deviations, technical rationales, and investigation reports.
• Exercising a wide degree of independent technical sophistication in accomplishing assigned tasks.
• Being a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for technical/material risk assessments (TRA/MRA) from an equipment and process perspective.

Požiadavky

• Degree level and 3 years relevant experience
• Ability to motivate and prioritize the work of subordinates and manage their efficiency to meet requirements.
• Ability to coach and mentor and a commitment to helping others with personal development.
• Ability to work independently within the agreed boundaries for the given role.
• Experience working with ERP/MRP systems, preferably with SAP being an advantage.
• Good knowledge of the English language (at least B2 level).
• Experience working with Excel/other relevant spreadsheet systems.
• Experience with Oral Health products.
• Experience operating in compliance with regulations and standards.
• Experience meeting cGMP requirements related to manufacturing, equipment, and operations.
