We work in a HYBRID STYLE of working with the possibility of working from home , but twice a week we meet in the office for meetings.

The published salary is the minimum possible offer. The starting salary may be higher depending on the extent of fulfillment of the employee's requirements (education, language skills, required practice, personality assumptions and skills).

Requirements for the employee: Education: University degree (Bachelor or Master) in Economics/Accounting/Business Informatics or Information Technology

Experience: 5 years of relevant experience (reporting/controlling/analysis/BI tools)

Language knowledge: English (fluent) and German (beneficial)

Skills: Data Warehousing & Enterprise BI – Expert Data Analytics & Reporting – Expert SQL Development & Query Optimization – Advanced ETL Development – Advanced BI Architecture & Dimensional Modeling – Advanced

Technical Expertise: data governance & data privacy Technical architecture & solution design Performance tuning and optimization DevOps, deployment pipelines & source control (nice to have)

From 2 000 EUR/month

Annual Bonus (Variable Pay): In accordance with the employer’s compensation Remuneration policy, employees are eligible for an annual bonus of up to 5% of their annual base salary total cash, subject to achieving 100% of the performance criteria defined by the employer.*

Meal Allowance: Meal contribution of EUR 7.50 per working day, of which EUR 6.50 is paid by the employer, provided in advance via a Ticket Restaurant card or as a financial allowance.

Flexible Working Hours: Employees can organize their working day according to their preferences, while respecting the core working hours from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
