Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Head of Human Resources to lead both strategic HR initiatives and day-to-day HR operations. This is a senior leadership role that carries real influence over how we grow, develop, and retain our global team.
You will report directly to the CEO and COO and work closely with the leadership team. You will lead a small but capable HR & Office team and be empowered to evolve the HR function to match our international ambitions. The ideal candidate brings deep experience from international, multicultural environments, talent acquisition and retention, combines strategic vision with operational precision, and has a genuine passion for building people-first cultures.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
HR Strategy & Organizational Development
- Partner with the COO and leadership team to align HR strategy with business goals
- Align HR strategy with our subsidiaries in Canada and Singapore
- Drive improvements to organizational design and cross-cultural policies
- Lead workforce planning and succession planning across teams
- Shape and continuously strengthen shared values and belonging across 15+ nationalities
- Develop and implement frameworks that actively integrate diverse cultural norms, communication styles, and working practices into a cohesive, unified company culture
Performance Management & Compensation
- Design, implement, and continuously improve the performance management framework
- Lead development of compensation and benefits strategies
- Ensure fair, transparent, and competitive reward structures across all teams
- Benchmark salary ranges regularly against local and international market data
HR Budget & Personnel Cost Management
- Own and manage the annual HR budget, ensuring cost-effective delivery of all people initiatives
- Lead personnel cost forecasting in close collaboration with the CEO, COO and CTO
- Monitor headcount plans and model the financial impact of hiring, attrition, and compensation changes
- Provide regular reporting on HR spend and workforce cost trends to leadership
