We are looking for person with health & safety background. Great opportunity for dynamic person who wants to grow in fast growing company operates in automotive industry.
*Collaborate with the HSE&Facility Manager in develop, manages & maintain the sites wastes management system in compliance with the relevant European and Slovakia Legislation and Corporate policy
*Maintains the education, awareness & behavior of the workforce in relation to Health, Safety & Environmental matters
*Supports development and implementation of educational campaigns and initiative to ensure that Garrett workforce, contractors, visitors, etc…
*Understand and comply with diverse types of HSE related requirements
*Identifying and providing the HSE related training needs and when requested develop and deliver the appropriate training courses as certified HSE trainer
*Performing induction HSE and fire prevention trainings
*Participating on HSE risk assessment according internal rules (including risk assessment of new projects, machine HSE pre-acceptance and HSE acceptance with providing support to engineers responsible for project delivery in line with Corporate and local legislation)
*Observes the obligations and duties resulting from the management systems in production, quality, HSE areas and other external and internal standards and regulations
*Observes work rules and internal HSE guidelines in the current wording
*Using and improving data collecting system for effective HSE reporting system

Personality requirements and skills
*University degree
*Experience in HS&EMS system certified
*HSE legal certification (authorized safety technician)
*Fire prevention technician license
*Very good knowledge of HSE European and Slovakia Legislation
*Good interpersonal skills & ability to lead external companies
*Very good verbal & written communication skills
*Good interpersonal skills with the ability to gain co-operation& commitment to activities required
