Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are a software company with customers all over the world, and a large share of them are in the United States.

We’re looking for someone to take care of our US leads and customers

• answering their pre-sales questions and running personalized online product demos during their working day, which is our afternoon and evening.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 15:00 – 23:00

• the US business day seen from Slovakia. The upside: your mornings are completely yours, and there’s no commute.

If your English is native or near-native and you have a keen interest in IT and exceptional customer communication skills, we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll be doing

• Strengthen the position of our SaaS products in the US market.
• Conduct online product demos for prospects who booked a demo slot - this becomes the core of the job once you are up to speed.
• Actively follow up on assigned leads and trial accounts.
• Answer pre-sales questions over chat, email and phone: pricing, capabilities, integrations, setup questions.
• Help new customers get through their initial setup of our products.
• Cooperate daily with the rest of the team.
• Cooperate with the marketing team on campaigns.
• Work closely with senior support staff and developers to ensure customer satisfaction.
